Gods, goddesses, kings, queens, Hamiathes's gift, and one selfish thief are all part of this fast paced thriller. Gen the main character, is a thief who brags, and gets himself put in jail. Luck seems to be in his favor. The king's scholar tells Gen that if he can steal Hamiathes's gift from a secret temple he is free to go. To the scholar, Gen is just a tool to get the mysterious Hamiathes's gift. But Gen has some plans of his own. What is this strange Hamiathes gift? How can Gen steal it? What obstacles must he face to get it? Find out by reading the Thief. I give this story a 5 out of 5 stars.
